The Temple of the Moon, Huallarcocha and Inkiltambo route

Is a tour of innumerable Inca ruins and temples, we will observe the Tambomachay ravine which is paved river of Inca walls, waterfalls, Inca agricultural lagoons and the viewpoint to Pukapukara. Most of the Inca sites are still without restoration, but with a splendor that is difficult to believe.

  • In a few hours we will go through a drastic change of vegetation that goes from an esplanade to a continuous dry forest next to the river.

    The ceques system of Cuzco was the most complex indigenous ritual system of pre-Columbian America. From the Temple of the Sun or Qoricancha, 42 ceques (stripes) towards the mountains surrounding the imperial city, maintained by various ayllus (kinship groups) who made offerings to each of the Huacas in their respective areas.
